I am happy to announce that CDT, the open source Eclipse based C/C++ IDE,
    now has support for UPC.

CDT provides a robust development environment for C, C++ and now UPC.
Features include syntactic and semantic highlighting, code completion,
automatic formatting, advanced search, code navigation views, debugger
    integration and more.

Please visit this page for instructions on installing CDT with UPC support:
    http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/other_tools_setup

Note that there is no UPC project type. Just create a C project and use
.upc as a file extension to enjoy tooling support for UPC.
