Notice to all Berkeley UPC users:

NERSC has scheduled a major outage for October 30 (next Monday) which will
last up to 48 hours, while the power system is upgraded in the machine room.
Most NERSC production systems will be off-line during that time - for details,
please see the full announcement link below.

This outage is expected to affect the Berkeley UPC web site at upc.lbl.gov
(downloads, documentation, publications, etc), which will be off-line during
    the outage.

The outage is *NOT* expected to affect the primary BUPC internet translator
(upc-translator.lbl.gov) so Berkeley UPC compilations using the internet
translator should be unaffected. Similarly, Berkeley Bugzilla and UPC Wiki
    should also be unaffected.

Thanks for your patience during this upgrade, and please direct any questions
    to upc-users_at_lbl_dot_gov.

    Dan
