Hi, I have a hybrid MPI/UPC application that I'm having trouble running. When I run my app, compiled with the conduit set to udp, the app/ upcrun spawns the correct amount of processes/threads but each proc/ thread doesn't see each other and proceeds like a serial job. I've compiled the same app using the mpi conduit and have been able to get MPI procs == UPC Threads. I've been poking around upcrun, etc ... to see if I can figure out what's going on but I'm stuck right now, it doesn't help that I don't know any perl. Here's some info on my setup: MPI - LAM 7.1.3 BUPC - 2.4 Compilers - GCC 3.4.5 (MPI and BUPC were compiled with the same compilers) BUPC translator - local one compiled with the above compiler OS - CentOS (I think) on AMD opterons any help would be greatly appreciated. ps do you guys plan to extend support for the other Myrinet interconnect ... I think it's called mx or something like that. -- James Noble noble_at_dam_dot_brown_dot_edu (401)-863-1594
