    This message is to announce the following scheduled outage:

WHAT:  upc-bugs.lbl.gov (Bugzilla server for the Berkeley UPC and GASNet 
projects)
WHEN: Wednesday September 2, 2009  from Noon to 3pm PDT
WHY: To replace the aging server with newer hardware
